For program related questions, please contact your local USDA Service Center Office. Your local Service Center Office will gladly answer all of your questions related to program policies and procedures.

If you are having problems with the web site or need technical assistance, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

Help Desk hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. If you call after the normal hours of operation, you will be asked to leave a voice mail message.
Information to Provide
Please furnish the following information in your e-mail or voice mail message:
- Your name,
- The state and county where you live,
- Your phone number, including area code and extension number, or e-mail address,
- A brief description of the question or error,
- The name of the SORS application and what part of it you were using,
- The browser and operating system you are using*, and
- The best time to contact you.
If you are submitting the request for someone else, please include the information listed above for that individual.
*If you are having problems with your browser, please provide the following information when reporting the problem:
- The type and version of the browser you are using to view this page. You can find this information on the Help menu. Click on Help, then About.
- The operating system you are using. Some examples of operating systems are Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Linux, and Macintosh.
"Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 running on Windows 98", or "Netscape 4.7 running on Linux", are examples of a browser version running on an operating system.
