The Pandemic Assistance Revenue Program (PARP) is authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA; Pub. L. 116-260), which provided funding to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus by providing support for agricultural producers impacted by coronavirus. PARP provides assistance to producers of agricultural commodities who suffered revenue losses in calendar year 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
