USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue announced the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2 on August 14, 2020. CFAP 2 will use funding and authorities provided in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, and other USDA existing authorities. CFAP 2 will provide critical direct support to our farmers and ranchers, maintain the integrity of our food supply chain, and ensure every American continues to have access to the food they need.
